In 1964, P-M Industrial Supply, Inc was established by two former Garlock salesmen; Eugene Panhorst and Fred Morton, hence the P-M. Garlock had ended direct sales to their end users at that time and went to Distributor sales. P-M became the distributor in NJ and NY to sell their line of gaskets, compression packing and hydraulic components.
In 1977, Fred Morton retired and Andrew Nardella was moved into the position of Vice President.
In 1980, Eugene Panhorst semi-retired and Andrew Nardella became President and and part owner.
In 1982, Eugene Panhorst fully retired and sold his remaining shares to Andrew Nardella, who became the sole owner of P-M Industrial Supply, Inc.
In 1992, P-M became the NJ Distributor of Durametallic Seals.
In 1997, Flowserve was formed combining Durametallic, Borg Warner and various other Seal and Pump Companies. Soon after P-M was approached to add New York City, Long Island and lower New York counties to our territory.
In 2000, P-M became the distributor of Royal Purple Industrial Lubricants for the NY/NJ territory.
In 2012, Royal Purple was purchased by Calumet Specialty Products and have since had access to the line of Bel-Ray Lubricants.
In 2018, P-M Industrial Supply, Inc joined forces with Fleetwood Industrial Products, allowing us to provide additional products and services.
